Rarely open, if ever. Got there at 6:30, the sign said they closed at seven, two employees were inside, and nobody would take our order, when I asked if they were open, they said no rudely. Who closes a drive-through burger restaurant at 6:30? Why be open at all, this place must be a tax write off or something, it’s definitely not there to sell burgers. On the rare occasion that I have been able to get food there, it takes forever to get and there’s usually something missing. Definitely over it.

The first thing that happened when I came in, was a worker leaving out of anger. The whole time, there were flys everywhere and the food took at least 25 minutes to come out. The chicken fries were cold once we got them so I didn’t understand why the wait was so long. There were also only 2, maybe 3 people working since the other lady stormed out. The manager was also talking about how people keep on leaving and they need to get more workers. We also ordered the impossible burger, and the only thing impossible about it was actually getting it before it got cold.

This place is terrible. It isn’t even open half the time when we go. It’s 5:25 PM on a Sunday afternoon, and it’s closed…this happened alot. How can a chain restaurant be closed at 5 in the evening? Honestly, it frequently is closed in the evening. I would call to confirm they are open before you waste your time and drive there.
