I saw an ad for a new sandwich at Burger King last night! I thought it looked so good, I thought I’d give BK another shot. We don’t have money to waste! So my son was coming to see me and he stopped to get me one, he went to the drive thru and started to order. He told them I wanted the bread really toasted brown (a couple of times) but the worker kept cutting my son off and when my son was trying to tell it was like he wasn’t listening or ignoring him. So he brought me the sandwich it was NOT even toasted, not at all was as white as plain bread, also with no cheese. I also asked for cheese, tomato and onion only. Well, there was no cheese, a single tiny tomato and barely any onion. It was a chopped up little square or a green pepper from the sauce so basically no onion and no cheese! I wanted to take it back but my son had to work and it was closer to his house so obviously father from me. This was the last time I will ever go to BK. If I could rake 0’s I would

What is With today?
It took over 17 minutes to get my food however 3 people who placed orders after me, got their good. Also they cared more about the drive thru than the people inside. They forgot 2 orders of my fries and a sandwich. Took them almost 10 minutes just to come take my order. One person working in the kitchen, with air pods in and butt showing. One worker going between the drive thru and the counter. The manager was in the back office the entire time. Got the new melt sandwich, it wasn’t toasted. The onion rings were spilled everywhere and cold. The sandwich was barely any meat.

Place hasn’t had its act together for a decade now. They were “out of meat” at 8:30 pm lol had to wait 5 mins for a medium fry and the employees were clearly disappointed they had to work. My bad, I came to a restaurant thinking I could order food. They’re notorious for just not answering rhe drive rheu window while open etc. Shocked they stay in business.

Ordered a double Whopper meal deal and it came to over $12. Burgers looked awful funny so I took the top off and discovered there were no tomatoes onions very little lettuce counter person said they had run out of of them. Probably will never return to this location ever again

I pulled into the drive through at 10:35, they say they don’t close at 11 online. A employee had answered the speaker asking to please hold on which I did. Five minutes then passed of no response so I asked three times if someone was there. I then waited another 3 minutes with no response so drove up to the first window to see if I could be assisted. No one was present at the window or in my view but I heard cleaning in the back. I then drove away seeing a female with a large stature poke out of the kitchen as if the coast was clear. Reached out to customer service and was offered a $5 coupon lesser than the meal that I drive 1.5 miles to purchase. Now waiting for a better response

Trying to pick up food for my two kids and wife, which one of my kids is at children’s hospital. Ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. They forgot to put a cheeseburger in each of the kids meals. I can’t even possibly understand how you forget the most important part of a fast food meal…. steer clear of this one.

Was picking up for DoorDash on 7/25/23 and stood there for 15 minutes with no help. Didn’t even ask what I was there for. It was supposed to be ready by 4:12 PM. I ended up leaving as the lady took the drive thru orders then went to a couple that walked in after me, handed them a bag of food, and proceeded to take another order of theirs before even asking if I needed to place an order or pickup. Additionally, she was telling the drive thru customers that she was the only one that spoke English and the only cashier, so they would have to wait. Meanwhile, I had another order that I was supposed to pickup by a certain time at Chipotle. I don’t understand why the DoorDash order was not even being worked on when it was placed and paid for before all the orders they were working on.

They take one order at a time at the drive through and don’t take the next order until that persons food is done and served. The manager here must have never worked in a food place before. Made a mobile order and been in the drive thru 20 mins. For 4 cars to get their food. Still have not even got to the speaker. What a joke!!

This is one of the worst Burger Kings in existence. Drive thru service is terrible. They rarely have half the menus items or drink options. I’ve tried to give it a chance a few times, and it’s consistently one of the worst fast few experiences in Columbus.
