Just wanted to let the owner(s) of this location know they have a great crew of workers at that location. My husband and I were in Columbus for a flag football tournament on June 10th, we stayed the night at the Best Western across the street. When we walked in we were greeted by the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and courteous. The food was good and hot. We are 65 years old and have never had such pleasant experience with fast food. Thank your employees for a job well done.

Never go to this location, ever! We got a pick up order, and had some sandwiches made with extra items. I got an American chicken sandwich. It’s supposed to have cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. Mine was cold, very old chewy bread, and there was no mayo, and no cheese, and the lettuce was wilted. The next sandwich was a double BK stackers. It’s supposed to have 3 to 4 strips of bacon, stacker sauce, 2 patties, and cheese. Mine was old, cold, no sauce, 1 piece of bacon, and no cheese…..again! I did add onions to both sandwiches, with were on there, but we’re old and translucent. Nothing about this meal was good at all. My dog wouldn’t even eat it, he spit it out. My friend talked to someone and got ½ his money refunded back to his card, but it’ll take 7 to 10 business days. In conclusion, I will NEVER go to this location ever again.

UPDATE: Gave this location a third chance. Ordered a whopper jr. w/ cheese ($4.09) and small fry ($2.39)…they tried to charge me $12.48. Argued with them and they refused to change it. Got home and it was the grossest burger and I wouldn’t even eat it. Shame on me for going to that trash pit and ever other BK out there.
