I did place my order using the app. When I pulled up I was informed that they didn’t have an item (tacos) that I ordered on the app. They gave an option to choose a substitute. I chose the cheese sticks. They were nasty, tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. And the dipping sauce tasted like burnt ketchup. I also ordered a whopper, plain, light mustard and ketchup, cheese only. I got one that was loaded with mayo and tomatoes.

Now I’ve came here before more than once..this last time has made me change my review..first of all I don’t need disrespected in a drive thru line by some lady with an attitude..second of all would have been even more nice to hear my order back after she messed it up but I didn’t say anything cause I thought she would repeat it so my own fault on those reguards..now as for the lady in the drive thru window if you hate your job quit..if your gonna give people an attitude do it another time..her personality was that of a dead bug just nasty..and thanks to her I’ll make the drive to another burger king.. wish I would have grabbed her name cause the attitude she showed was real horrible and you as a company deserve to know who it was..so again thank her I won’t be back I’d rather eat nothing then deal with her disrespect again

I will never eat here again. The whopper was horrible. The bun was so hard it fell apart just picking it up. Waited in line forever just to get bad food and the fries were good but when you order a small, medium or large, at least fill up the cup with fries. Is that to much to ask? I would say go to a different location if you want Burger King. I will say the chicken nuggets were fresh.
