Ordered a double bacon king. When I got where I was going and opened it up the wrapper was full of mayo. That was because they must have used an entire container of mayo on my burger. Everything else was fine but the amount of mayo would have been too much even for someone asking for extra mayo.

Only people in lobby, took over 5 min for order. Then they were going to give me fries that had been sitting there since before we got here. Original chicken sandwich was more lettuce then chicken. Oh did I mention was a the general manager that gave us this food, and got an attitude when asked for fresh fries. Also chicken sandwich had been sitting there since before we got there also!

Michael made our drive thru experience so much fun. Plenty of cars in line and he found a way to have us laughing when we ordered – hats off for that at 8:30 pm! He was pleasant at the window and gave us crowns for youth and adults. Absolutely made our day. The food was hot and good. Well done!

It took about 10 minutes at the window to get our food. Not even an exaggeration – the car behind us got frustrated and left. The order was not complicated – 3 combos and a kid meal, and the only “special” request was a seedless bun for one sandwich because the person cannot have sesame seeds. I figured they were taking extra time making it and it would come out fresh. When we got our food, it was lukewarm, the zesty sauce was missing for both onion ring sides, and the soft drinks tasted like extremely watered down versions. Luckily they did get the seedless bun correct. Overall really disappointing.
