We stopped in for a bite to eat after driving 3hrs across Ohio and this place is horrible. Worst BK I ever been to. Manager gave me the wrong sandwich not once but twice! The bun was so stale it fell apart before I touched it. Overloaded with toppings and condiments that made it disgusting. To me, it seemed like the workers in the back were having a bad day dealing with so many mistakes and were fed up. They weren’t even busy.

The best part of this place is the beautiful landscape outside. If you plan on dining in there is no drink station for you. They pour your drinks behind the counter and that’s absolutely stupid. The tables were sticky and disgusting, covered with food. All the ceiling fans are bowing downward and look like they are going to fall at any second. The food was 100% old and nasty. I got an original chicken sandwich and you can tell it was microwaved before being handed out. Seriously? The employees don’t seem to care if there is a family in the lobby, you’ll be hearing the F word being dropped every 2 seconds and disgusting conversations taking place right at the counter! Whoever is the general manager needs to be replaced because this place is atrocious!

Nicest guy ever working at the little booth at the burger king on front street on 10/08/22 Saturday evening. Usually avoid front st. Fast food because of rude staff. But it was nice to see and hear a friendly face. And food was ready so quick almost didn’t even have to stop to grab the bag! Keep up the good work!
