I’m in my mid-60s and I just learned something that I previously held to believe for many years until this location taught me the truth. The company slogan which is ‘Have it Your Way’ is designed for the comfort of their negligent employees who occasionally show up and clock in. This is the perfect job for anyone who wishes to be paid for perusing videos on tik Tok and even taking selfies with your Motorola cellular at the drive-in window ignoring the customer who is trying to wave at you for your attention because they would like extra ketchup. It is permissible by the management for the staff to create their own version of customer service which is to selectively toss orders on the counter without letting anybody know who’s is who’s after uploading they’re all important comment on their Instagram account. One lucky man was even given my order and I received nothing other than attitude when I had the nerve to interrupt the staff asking if by chance they had forgotten my order. Miss non congeniality Ohio with hands on her hip barked, “I put on the counter ain’t my fault he took it.” This happened earlier this month and I still have not received my refund and I have been informed by my bank that there is nothing pending nor any electronic notation whatsoever of a credit. And it dawned on me that the manager faked me out as I now recall his movements at the register where in fact he did nothing. At that particular moment my eyes were fixated on the other employee who was disgusted with the man who held my food as he announced with great delayed realization that he had the wrong order as she grabbed it from the counter and tossed it in the direction of the kitchen landing in the French fries. The employees are having it their way no doubt and they always will because nobody can be fired these days. They say it takes two hands to handle a Whopper. I would venture a little further and say it takes eight hands to perform the task of two hands to simply customize a patrons purchase.

The girl working the drive through was very rude. The prices are no longer on the board unless its part of a promo. When I asked for prices I was literally laughed at. The fries are covered in what i thought was seasoning, and when I asked I was told, with attitude, no, thats just from the grease. As someone who has more yrs experience than I care to admit in food service, this tells me its been way beyond time to clean the OIL in the fryers. Mask was firmly worn under her chin, fake nails with no gloves, no hairnet, and clearly no desire to be there or to be pleasant.

So the Ch”King is Burger Kings premiere chicken sandwich. Back to the drawing board kids. NOT worth the premium price.The hand breading was thick and crunchy,but so thick it hides what a moderate amount of chicken is underneath.The breadings main spice must be salt,it overwhelmed what little flavor the dried out chicken had.Burger Kings original chicken sandwich, you know the processed chicken one,tastes much better.Service was quick and polite and the only reason this meal gets one star.

Woman working the drive thru was swamped….but she never was rude or impolite to me. This visit was on 8/10/22 around 1000 pm… I was very impressed. However they did get my order wrong, I can overlook it because I realize they were busy. But I was pressed for time and that the drive thru worker still managed to be polite and welcoming. While getting orders out as quickly as she could Kudos to that young lady.
