There was an older couple eating inside we ordered our food it took about 20 minutes to get 2 orders of chicken nuggets 1 order of fries and and a whopper jr. They put 1 order of nuggets and the fries and the whopper jr on the tray and left them sit of about 15 minutes to get cold and finally made the other nuggets. We sit down to eat and the kids who were working locked the doors at 6pm (when the inside closes at 7pm) and told us when we were finished to let them know and they would let us out…..and I think they had already cleaned their shake machine and they told us it was broken. Also a couple other people come up to the door at 6 and just couple mins after 6 and left because they couldn’t get inside

I was not thrilled sitting in line for 25 minutes but it was lunch time I knew I picked the wrong time to go. I got my order and ate a few fries while driving home and I was not thrilled because they were not hot/fresh. After finding out they were short handed on staff, after eating my food at home (had to mic my fries), I am very satisfied and happy. The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was fresh and my food overall was tasty. The sandwiches I had were well made for fast food. These people need to be paid better so they’re aren’t staffing issues. Anyways I felt like reviewing because now I need a nap after running errands. Exactly how I wanted my day off to go thanks

Drive thru as the doors for inside were locked. Was told the dining room closed at 6pm. The person was rude while placing the order, then read the order Dee back to us. When I go home I didn’t get what I asked for but was charged for it. I will never return to this store as they always get my order wrong and I get charged for things but don’t get them. Asked for receipt but can’t read it which to me is so you can’t get a refund even if you were asking for it which I am not.
