Everytime I go something is wrong. I know I shouldn’t keep going back but I assume it’s just an error. However this is getting ridiculous. I ordered 2 whopper meals one how it’s made the second just no onions on it and got a sandwich with nothing on it at all. Last time I didn’t get my onion rings or sauce. Both times there was no line and only a few cars in the lot. So I know they weren’t busy. Please do better. It’s not hard to read a screen or receipt.

We decided to go to this Burger King for an afternoon lunch. The second we walked inside the restaurant, and we were greeted with a smile by a lady named Lynda. Even though it was very busy, she took the time to treat us like all customers should be treated. Right after she took our order, we went to sit down to await our order to be ready. She ended up bringing our order to us along with all the sauces and condiments. While we were almost finished eating, she came into the lobby to check to make sure our food was good and was also asking nearby customers the same things. That’s true customer service. After our lunch, we decided to gift them with a little surprise treat from the local bakery. Way to go team!!
