I have to say I had a craving for a whopper. Tried Mayfield Road location and like nobody was there .. I tried to be patient, but nobody answered the drive-through at all and I probably was there for about 3 to 5 minutes. So I drove all the way to Cedar Road to get my whopper. I was pleasantly surprised that Burger King most certainly stepped it up a bit. My burger was juicy. The bread was wonderfully fresh, even look like the picture should. The only thing that did not work for me was the customer service after you pay for your meal. It would’ve been really nice for the cashier or the person who gave us the food to say hey have a good night. It doesn’t kill anybody to be kind. Or a. Welcome back to a customer. It would have been nice to have some type of verbal rapport.

Food was fresh all the way around, but, the drive thru service needs some work. The lady taking payment was on her phone and the young kid giving you your food, said nothing. Where I come from we say have a good night.

Nothing really to say. I completely understand being short staffed and being tired. Just wish that when the manager/shift leader(s) decide to cut the drive through ordering off that they update it on Google and/or BK’s website. Otherwise wasting the of time for a lot of folks who work atypical hours and need a quick bite to eat.

Beautiful Gem
This was the worst food I ever had. I pulled up and ordered 2 whopper junior sandwiches and a medium onion ring and was given 2 sandwiches that were cold upon me opening the bag as soon as I drove off from the drive thru. The burgers did not taste fresh and I should have turned back around and got my money back. Plus the onion rings were not even crispy or hot almost as if they were undercooked. Smh. These workers are getting so lazy, it tasted like they gave me old sandwiches that they tried to heat up. I will never come here again.

There is no way to even describe the wonderful service at this location. I think the managers name is Adrian and all I can say is that she is the most outgoing caring kind and simply best manager in the fastfood business I’ve ever seen. Hands down this lady deserves a huge huge and a huge Raise. The service at this BK is so genuine while she is on shift..and the team seen to very much love working with her .and they are such a dedicated team and work so hard and really do seem to care..food is always hot fresh and service with a smile.

We ordered 3 meals and when we went to pick them up the restaurant was closed. The staff told me I would get my money back, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. I called BK and they said they would give me a $10 coupon, but the meals cost $30. Then a restaurant employee was supposed to call me back to give me the refund, but I’ve been waiting for days! My bank has now taken the money back. Absolutely customer unfriendly and we will never eat there again. Zero stars!

I had to wait along several other customers for about 15 minutes for the computer to come online, which was inconvenient. There were other issues that were questionable, but apparently, they aren’t health code violations, so meh.

They had glass in their drive-through which I ran over. I’m an Uber Eats driver. I wanted to pick up my orders and order something small so that I could eat. Shouldn’t have been an issue since there were multiple cars in front of me anyways. Man over speaker said I couldn’t order food as they were “shut down.” Blatantly lied! I pulled up to the window explained I wasn’t going to be picking up the food, they had glass in their drive-through and I don’t understand why I couldn’t order as it was only 11 and they close at 12. I have been to multiple fast food places that will allow me to order especially if there is gonna be a wait to pick up my Uber orders. They laughed. How ghetto. Do better Burger King.
