Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and when I finally got my food they forgot multiple items and my chicken sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise. Gross food and long wait time. I don’t usually leave reviews but they also forgot my water so the mayo in my mouth will have to stay caked on until I can find a drink.

So how come all other fast food locations and other Burger Kings can remain open but you have to close at 5:00 p.m. in North Royalton Ohio? If you cannot get enough employees perhaps you need to look at reasons why. Management has to be the main reason. Look at how you treat employees compared to other places. Has to be the reason. And your sign at drive-thru cannot be read because it has been urged backwards.

Very slow service. I was the only one inside, took them 14 minutes to get my food (from the time I placed an order to the time I got my food). I saw 4 people working: one person in the kitchen, one on drive through, one on front counter, one getting food to customers. Why do they have 3 people upfront and just one person in the kitchen? My food was cold (French fries was not even warm).

This review is directly to the owner/ managers at this location. If you can’t staff your restaurant, it is your fault. People don’t quit jobs, they quit managers. You have staff from other stores working here with no support. If you don’t have the staff, close until you can get staff and reopen. You are hurting your reputation every second you are open.

Just got done waiting in the drive through line with two other cars for almost 20 minutes. This location is pathetically slow. Support other burger kings so places like this with abysmal service go under. Poor management or ownership for sure. This will be the last time I ever come to this location.

Great customer care. Brand new store, tho I cant understand why BK tears down a decent store instead of remodeling and then claim they are loosing money? Makes no sense! This store is well staffed and has the same great food. I live close by and I love this place! Missed it for the many many months it was closed!

Whenever I order a cheeseburger from this Burger King, it is cold. Like the patty has been sitting in a bin, they slap cold cheese on it and toss it in the bag. Cold cheese, cold bun, luke warm meat. I have been going to this one for years and years and every time, cold food. They really need to work on this and improve the consistency. It was better back in the day when there were heat lamps, at least the cheese was melted and the sandwich was hot. To be fair, it’s not the only Burger King like this. They put the patties on the broiler and they fall into the bin and they sit there waiting on orders. The whole chain should re-evaluate this process because among fast food chains, Burger King has the worst consistency. The new Chicken Sandwich is good. Anything they gotta drop in the deep fryer is fine. But the burgers, no.

The food is good when I can get it, but the hours are so minimal, I can never make it anymore. I want Burger King much more often than I can have it because this is the only one close to me and it closes before I even get off work. I want to give a better review but the hours are absurd and prevent me from being a frequent customer 🙁

Just left from there and can’t believe what I just seen. They are handling raw food with no gloves on. The cook even had a blue bandage on. No gloves. Ill eat that 8+ dollar change but will not risk my health. Tossed my food immediately.
