I am Absolutely disgusted with the “service” I received today. Went through the drive thru with my family, was handed our food. After a few minutes they state that my card is declined. They request I give the food back to them. I then promptly check my bank account to find out that I was charged for the food. So there’s an issue with the card machine. No biggie I figure I should walk inside to see if we can come to a solution. Before I am even able to try to come to a solution the manager proceeds to curse at me in front of countless kids in the establishment. She continues to argue with me that I’m in the wrong even though I had proof I had paid for this meal. She then curses at me more and throws the food at me. I never gave any reason for this behavior and I’m appalled that I received this “service” today.
