Called to complain numerous times and no one ever answered. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an original chicken sandwich. There was mayò all over the wrapper and both sides of the sandwich. You could not even hold or even get the sandwich out of the wrapper! Very disappointed!

Well i was starving and also in a rush because i had to get back to work so i ordered my meal and totally forgot to order a drink too. So i pulled up to the window and told them wat had happened. Well the manager was so nice she gave it to me for free because there was a very long line and my food was going to get cold if i went around again. Yelled that she had been at work since 4am and accused me of hanging up on her. WOW I had just arrived in Willard Ohio and never called her. Person at the drive was told no mayo on my chicken sandwiches. Got home and both sides had mayo. This person repeat 4 times. 2 times to himself and 2 times to us to make sure. The person making the sandwiches need to read. There was no one there. So how can you mess up. Fries were almost cold too. Drive person was very friendly and nice tonight. Usually I’m not disappointed. Tonight I was.
