Ordered two bacon melts. One ketchup mustard only the other plain. 6 dollar sandwich, neither has bacon. The one with ketchup mustard is a mess. Then, I had to wait 20 minutes in line to get it fixed or a refund. I asked for ketchup packets. Got zero. Lady at the window looks miserable and must hate her life. She should find a new job because she looks hateful and angry she has to serve people food.

After double checking with the person inside if I had everything in my order, arriving at home I had no syrup for either of my five-piece French toast sticks orders and I had no ketchup for my tater tots. Most all of my food was lukewarm at best and I’m only a couple of minutes away. Customer service was excellent but I wish you made sure that your customers had what they needed to go with the items that they actually ordered. I’ll continue to go to McDonald’s for breakfast so I can have hot breakfast in the morning and get everything that I asked for.

We were the only 2 people in the dining room. Tables were filthy. Floor was half swept. Our dine-in order was given to us in a bag. The first 2 cups I was given leaked, so it was a good thing we hadn’t gone through the drive-thru. Burger was disappointing. Fries were good. Restroom was clean.

While in the drive through with heavy rainfall. The cashier did not even let me finish my order. So I waited with the rain blowing into my face and three separate times saying hello, she finally answered. Upon arrival to the window to pay, I did not receive my receipt. While checking the sandwiches the extra mayo we asked for a sandwich did not come with it, as well as that same sandwich being cold and packed with a crunch. As my wife said, it was “hard as a brick.” I haven’t ate my sandwich yet so I guess we will see.

We were on the road and I don’t go to fast food often. It been a long time since I was at Burger King and I wanted the double cheeseburger. No matter where I go with these places I always get a double cheeseburger. It’s always a good value and makes a good comparison. I love the ones I had here. I had two. Wife had one and small fries like 12 bucks. They were put together just right and everything was nice and hot and the fries were crispy.
