I stopped through this morning and ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants and two ham egg and cheese. The woman who took my order tried charging me four dollars and change per sandwich when they are two for five, upon me mentioning that to her she sighed loudly into the microphone and changed the price. When I got to the window to pay I asked to add a coffee to my order and was met with the poorest attitude I’ve ever seen. I would never go back to this place while sourpuss is on duty her miserable attitude almost ruined my morning. Had the woman had a name tag on I would have kindly directed this at her specifically, but since she didn’t the whole place will have to accept the responsibility of her unprofessional attitude and candor.

They’ll never get your order right. When you say “Only bacon” apparently that means everything except bacon. This has happened multiple times to me. Maybe you should put people in the drive-thru that can listen and perform their job better.

The workers and managers you see in the drive thru are friendly and willing to help, but the cooks… let’s just say, if you go through and order a lot of food at once, expect them to get mad and smother your sandwiches in condiments, including the outside of the sandwich. They do that every time I order for my family. Which is not okay.

Always slow, often orders are completely wrong or food is missing. And when you DO get what you ordered it’s cold, or so old it shouldn’t have been served. Half the time you get pleasant people at the window, other times you get someone rude. I don’t know why or how this BK is still open. You can complain but it never really does any good. Nothing ever changes, and no one is disciplined. I stopped going a long time ago because of all this.

9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. Not sure if it’s because they can’t read or they just don’t care. I keep wanting to try and see if they can get a simple order correct after a month or so but……no. Would not recommend Greenfield burger king to anyone. Spend the 15 or 20 minute drive and go to Hillsboro or even Washington court house.

Slow service, workers yelling at each other behind the counter, wait until after we have paid and sat down to say “oh are fries okay with breakfast?” I understand that we came right at the in between but this should have been explained before we paid, otherwise we would have ordered lunch. We come for the play place for our child but even that will not save my loyalty to this restaurant, which seems to get worse every time we come.
