Excellent visit. Of course the place was running on a skeleton crew but the nice manager lady waited on me and got me on my way with a smile. All the while trying to put a crew together and run the drive through. My ham, egg and cheese croissant was just fine.

I’m sick at home in bed and my husband just ran out to grab Burger King for our family’s lunch. The service was quick, which is why I rated two stars. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese and I’m not sure what I received. Whatever it is, had bacon and tortilla chips and some sort of Mexican sauce on it and no cheese. It had definitely been sitting for over an hour because the lettuce was slimy and curled up wilted. The bun was soggy and brown and the wrapping paper was completely greasy on every part of it. The entire sandwich was ice cold. The Burger King is 10 minutes away and there’s no way I’m going to make my husband run back up and exchange it for the right sandwich. It’s very upsetting when you go out of your way to go to a place and they cannot get the order right. And what they served me was beyond foul. I can’t believe they would serve a sandwich that had been sitting that long let alone it being the completely wrong order.

I will never go to this Burger King again no matter how many free Whoppers or meals this Burger King offers. The lack of professionalism here is the worst I’ve seen in any store. This dark skin, plus sized employee (lack for a better description) started cursing, yelling very loudly while I was in the drive through to other people in the store. I can not even finish my food because of how disgusted I am. While I don’t wish anyone to lose their job over this experience, she needs SERIOUS coaching and dignity training because she will be forever remembered as the woman who does NOT love her job!

Ordered for my clients and was missing an entire meal. I had a larger order, and the workers kept asking me over and over if I was sure and still missed a meal. When I called to inquire, I never got an answer. I ended up giving my food to the client so they wouldn’t miss out on the meal that was missing. Won’t be going back any time soon for a large order. I spent 90 bucks this order, too.

Pulled up to drive trough during middle of rush hour, only me and 1 other car. After waiting aprox 6 minutes I said hello is anyone there, person replied ” wait a minute…if you can’t wait go some where else, someone said to her you can’t do that she then said f…u…B…go somewhere else. I will definitely be going over manager’s head and reporting this restaurant straight to corporate.

Experience: I placed a mobile order around 8:35 on my way to work at 9 right around the corner. “No fries” on a piece of paper taped to the drive thru speaker. I tell her I have a mobile order for “Zack”, she tells me they don’t have fries ( ). I choose cheese sticks as alternative. Wait for about 10 minutes behind one other car. Got handed an order labeled “Christine”. The cheese sticks were part of Christine’s order. Place closed at about 8:48pm in my face when I pulled back around. Never got my actual order. Pathetic team, pathetic quality.

This is the best burger king I’ve ever been to. They give me salt, extra sauce packets, napkins and never forget my straw! The fries are always crispy and the food is cooked well. I love burger king!
