I’m eating here and the food is amazing. I’m a vegetarian so this is normally the only fast food I eat. The way these workers treat their customers is absolutely phenomenal…they really go over and beyond. An older couple came in to eat and couldn’t get the soda machine so woman behind the countertop offered to get their drinks from the window machine. I’m impressed and these workers take pride in what they do and I really appreciate that.

You will not get your refund when told by the general manager that you will the support team does not help horrible customer service spent $36 dollars on food that was bad and spoiled I ordered whopper’s chicken sandwiches fries nuggets and onion rings didn’t receive the fries the lettuce and tomatoes we’re spoiled so bad the whole sandwich stunk it was horrible the meat looked suspect didn’t even have grill marks on it like they cooked bad meat the chicken was dry and looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. . The support team got back in contact with me just to offer a $10 dollar off my next order I told her no I wanted my refund that I was already told by the gym at the restaurant that I could receive and now I haven’t heard back since!!! Wow the most terrible customer service experience I’ve ever had my whole life!!!
