Has me wait 5 minutes in the checkout lane, the only vehicle may I add just to tell me they can’t make my order and with an attitude as well. The service here is always bad. They take forever to get your food. I’ve been in line in the store for 30 minutes before. Just ridiculous they need an entire new staff and management. This location is right next to a college. I have been going to this college for over a year now. Everyone in my cohort (40 people!) avoid this Burger King like the plague. They never get food out on time and then the food you receive is often wrong/cold. They didn’t have iced coffee this morning, they had no tortillas, and were only taking cash. Yesterday they weren’t serving milkshakes or “ice cream” products. Last week at one point they said they weren’t serving any chicken products and the week before they said they weren’t serving any burger products? It is BURGER KING, but they have no burgers?? Workers are often very slow and extremely rude. I will continue to avoid this location. I love Burger King in general, and the one in my city is great. But this Burger king is consistently screwing up. Honestly it needs some kind of better management or SOMETHING. We get very short breaks and BK is the closest restaurant but myself and my cohort have had nothing but bad experiences. Such a shame. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived around 7:30 AM on a Sunday to order some Ice Coffee and was told “we are only doing sodas”. We left and went to the one in Englewood, which happily served us Ice Coffee. Next time they should offer a better explanation because I assume they weren’t doing Coffee out of pure laziness. Never going back to this Burger King!

New Burger King.! With old reviews.. This is the struggle.. B.K. was struggling due to all the mask issues and no good help. Then they were not getting any food deliveries to sell, making public mad..most time the place has late employees and shift changes with no training.. Well, Is Now under New Management!!I have hopes. It’s Running much more efficient( other than shift change) it was faster service and my food was hot and fresh. “Score” .. And the new manager was in the window making sure I was ok with things.. Great Job Team.. Don’t Give Up. Looking forward to my next visit..
