I think their exhaust fan was broken and the place was filled with smoke from grilling. It was miserable for us customers and also the employees! I believe she was a manager and she was swearing and taking God’s name in vain, so rude and disrespectful! We only stayed because our grandson was having his 2nd birthday party there at the indoor playground! It was a very bad experience!!! Non of the employees apologized or gave any reason for the problem. So sad!!

Went through the drive thru today around 5pm or so, and ordered an original chicken sandwich and a whopper with just cheese, bacon, pickle and tomato…I asked for a cup of ranch at the speaker as well. Get to the window, waited for about 4+ mins on them to get my order to me, and I checked for my ranch which I didn’t get. I asked the manager that was handing me my order for a cup of ranch and she handed it to me, rolled her eyes, slammed the dt window and walked away. I get home and my chicken sandwich is burnt, and the lettuce is soggy. The whopper was a disaster as well. I won’t be back to Burger King. Especially that one. Horrible service!
