I politely waited, ordered, payed and she had me pull forward. (I understand I needed to wait for my food). She has trouble reading the menu 🙁 had to pull forward for 2 whopper meals despite there only being one car behind us the entire time. We waited for over 5 minutes. We used to go to this location vs McDonald’s at Stones Crossing and 135 because that McDonald’s NEVER gets an order right. This BK was solid. You could count on things being right. Over the last 6 months this BK has tanked. They are as lousy as McDonald’s at customer service now. Our last 3 orders have all been jacked.

I ordered the #1, no cheese. No issues. The cashier was cool. Once I got my order, it was wrong. I’m allergic to dairy, and it had cheese (I ordered no cheese) I took it to the counter, and asked for a new order. The cashier was new, so she was having issues. She brought the manager to the register. A guy named Joe came up and looked at my receipt. He said since my receipt said no cheese, that he wouldn’t refund or remake my order. I told him my health concerns, and he literally mocked me, telling me I just wanted free food (even though no bite was taken from my food)
