Very disappointed. Came through drive thru tonight and left empty handed. We ordered three sandwiches with bacon which I was informed they had to bake which I wanted. 15 min later the manager comes out saying it wasn’t done and they were letting cook longer. 20 min later still no food so I called and they brought it out with a full refund. They forgot our fries and when mentioned to her she huffed and went back in. Checked the sandwiches they were not fresh and About another 5 minutes went by they brought the fries which were cold so I told them keep it. I waited for an hour to leave with nothing. The young staff were rude and when told her we didn’t want it anymore she used the reason of being short staffed. I get that however using it as an excuse for cold food and excessive wait time is just unacceptable.
