Was just served the worst food I’ve ever been served in a drive thru. I don’t even think you can define it as “food” considering it was so cold it and undercooked it was inedible. Ordered two burgers and both of them are pink and cold to the touch. Fries stone cold. Missing both our dessert items, worst part is they told our delivery driver it was gonna “take a while” to make. So why did it take so long for y’all to serve us a cold, nasty,incomplete order? Everyone working there should be ashamed. Get better

Ordered our food we ordered two whoppers with cheese meal’s and two medium drinks with 2 to small fries what we got wa two bacon whopper meals. We also ordered a nine piece chicken fry and they never put it in a bag and we had to go back up there and get it. the atmosphere is horrible up there. It seems like nobody wants to do the job.I will not be back any time in my lifetime to eat there like I would rather eat out of a homeless person‘s hand them to eat their food.

I had the WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant here. The employees are rude, incompetent, petty, and down right thieves. Literally took my money then took the food they gave us by mistake and then refused to give us the food we were missing all while being completely rude to my husband while the baby was in the car crying because she didn’t have her food and now she didn’t even have the food they gave us by mistake because they took ot and refused to give us our correct item! Plus they forgot all the toppings on my burger besides onions, and when told about this they took the burger picked off the onions and handed the burger back without putting any of the other toppings on. I brought it back in along with my husband’s burger and asked for a refund if I gave them all their food back and they refused. They also refused to give me corporates number or the franchisees number who owns them. I will not be letting this go, emailing corporate as we speak and will be calling as well as Facebook messaging corporate. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Worst Burger King in Indianapolis. I ordered a Royal Spicy Chicken, they actually wrapped a non-spicy Chicken in the Spicy Chicken wrapper…..that’s how garbage that place is. I’d been there a few times prior, and they were unsatisfactory each time. They should shut it down.

horrible customer service. One old lady literally took $40 from me saying the order didn’t go through the first time. Never go here, everytime i go there’s always an issue either with employees, wait time, or missing food. 1/5 wouldn’t recommend.

Waited 20 mins traped in their drivethru got up to the screen and they said “we doing shift change and we ain’t taking no orders” I sasked how long and they replied “we ain’t taking no orders” had to get out and ask the two cars behind me to back out so I could leave. Never again at this trash location.
