Went this morning for breakfast, the menu board was broken and falling apart, couldn’t read the lunch menu. The speaker screen was broken. The landscaping has been neglected for awhile.

The speaker at the drive thru was not working. You needed to order your food at the window and have an excellent memory of what you wanted. The staff try to compensate for the lack of a fully functioning environment. Food is usually good and they do your order right (unlike McDonald’s).

We ordered 2 small whopper meals, a 20 piece nugget, and a large onion ring. We didn’t get our fries, they ignored the ways we ordered our burgers. They wouldn’t let us order anything besides Coke with the meals as “store policy.” The cokes even tasted like the machine had never been cleaned. This was probably the worst Burger King experience we’ve ever had.

Where to start! I walked into a terribly dirty restaurant. The line was rediculous. I had my child with me so I decided to wait. While waiting I watched a lady come back 3 times because her order was wrong. That’s how long I waited to order. The soda machine was empty of MOST selections and no one working on it. Managers openly yelling at employees instead of doing anything to work on customers. Watched 2 employees stand around with nothing to do for over 10 minutes. I ask you the owner, would you eat here? And how do you make any money at all?

I can’t possibly express how terrible this Burger king was. Customer service was nonexistent, staff, including management were the worst. Standing at counter waiting, manager comes from back of store looks me in the face, doesnt ask if I have been helped, then returns to back of store. Staff standing off to the side, finally comes to the counter and just looks at me, no can I help you nothing(like a zombie). I say hello, dont know if she responded gave my order and she stated total and walked away. Finally got my order and then it was the worst! Like it had been sitting around for a while. Will never ever ever again visit this BK or any other in Elkhart. Oh and that doesnt include the conversation between staff that anyone could hear, including talking about ” a drunk man” sleep in the corner the evening before and how staff had to make him leave, including punching the man!

Horable experience twice in a row! First time the drive through cashier was rude and didn’t care at all. Second time was yesterday i went in and only two workers. No one knew how to take an order. The one girl that was running the register WALKED OUT! I’ll be taking my business to Cass from now on!

good luck, I am currently sitting in front of the drive through speaker its 7:55 am on a Thursday. the workers inside the building are ignoring me. i sat there for 5 mins gave up and went to McDonald’s. ironically as I was driving a crew member finally offered to take my order.

Very slow service. When I arrived to drive through there was no one ordering in front of me and only one person at the window. The order screen did not show the items I was ordering (fingers crossed they get it right). I waited over around 10 minutes to get to window due to slow service for car in front of me. Now there are at least 3 cars behind me who have all ordered and are waiting for food. And I am still sitting waiting for my food. Very slow which is consistent with the other reviews.

If I could give it zero starts I would. The drive thru worker was so rude to my mother when she asked why her total price was higher than what had said on a coupon she had. The employee proceeded to say “Because you’re in America and you pay taxes. Do you understand? America.”

I waited forever for my food and I will only ordered 2 cheese burgers, 2 fries, and 2 sodas. It wouldn’t of been so bad since it was lunch time, but the fries were hot(good job) but the burgers were cold. Not even warm…
