I ordered hot French fries, asked manager for hot fresh fries, he replied these have only been up for like 6-7 minutes. They were cold, my dog liked them. My double cheeseburger, wasn’t even warm, cheese didn’t even melt. All most every table was dirty. No napkins, ketchup etc out for customers. I ordered ketchup, mustard & pickles, got no mustard, asked for some at the counter, he said “they didn’t put mustard on it?” I said NO not a drop. It is like 60° inside, making it very uncomfortable especially for older patrons! Also helping to keep our “non hot” food even colder. This is 2 weeks in a row & was the same both times. I’m not sure when my cheeseburgers were grilled, but I can tell you it wasn’t why I was waiting. I understand I’m ordering fast food, but since when does that mean cold food? I don’t think I’ll try them again anytime soon, they don’t seem to care if they have customers or not. They told me & the other 2 gentlemen in there, they were closing the lobby in next 30 minutes. Mind you this was aprox. 8:15 PM Sunday. Not a very happy customer!

TERRIBLE service. We ordered and waited at the pay window for almost 5 minutes with no one coming so we pulled up to the next window and instead of taking our card and going to the terminal to cash us out, the two employees stood there arguing and scolding us about how we should have just waited, telling us we need to back up (which we couldn’t because there were cars behind us) or pull around and wait once again. We told them to forget it and left. I understand they were likely overwhelmed because there was only 2 of them, however they don’t need to treat customers the way they did. It was so unnecessary.

Came here today 7/2 with my family. Two being young kids. There was one other family in the restaurant with young kids. Idk who was on shift tonight. Clearly no manager and a bunch of young kids but we were all trying to enjoy our dinners and they were just all in the back cussing loud as h*ell and telling all secrets. Even up front. The guy yelled out “hey there’s kids in here!” And mine went to say something. As someone who works in restaurant, this is completely unprofessional and I’m insanely disappointed in my experience today. Probably won’t be going back. Management should probably keep a better eye on their reckless 16 year olds who clearly don’t care it’s a family restaurant. Better training on customer service would be great too seeing as we asked for honey mustard and the guy wouldn’t help us so he called for someone else to

Waited in car line 20 minutes only to find out the 4 person staff wanted cars to wait until food cook so they could get points (bonus) since cars at food window are on a timer. Wow. They need rethink their reasoning to serve those of us who pay their paychecks. Wont be back anytime soon.

3 years ago this place was great, but tonight I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes only to find out the 4 staff wanted their bonus and not move cars up until food ready because of a timer. Horrible. Customers aren’t first. No wonder Noone wants to work there!!

Waited for about 20 minutes just to order, only 2 cars ahead of me. They got my order wrong, waited 10 more minutes for them to notice me still waiting in drive through and was told they didn’t have time to remake my order. Never again will I go to this location, there is always some issue everything I come here
