Typically we would dine in several times a week during lunchtime and get good food and service with the occasional messed up order. Today we went at 9:10PM , there is this obnoxious woman named Bree. I order my usual dbl whopper and fry special , sub onion rings. Pay , get the receipt , then comes to tell me she will not be subbing onion rings because it messes up her inventory , i explain i get this 3-4 times a week , its the same price and the receipt says onion rings. She absolutely refuses and said would you like a refund, she throws all the food away brand new and still wrapped up and hands me back $7.49…. Then proceeds to sarcastically tell me to have a better day. I told her i will contact QDI , she states “good luck” she has been there 3 years and nothing will happen , what a disgusting psychotic person.

I’m going to be honest. I’m not on the page of changing pronouns . God does not make mistakes. I went to this burger King today, and we immediately went in to wash our hands. Shortly after entering, a man entered the women’s restroom. What I thought was maybe a poorly timed restroom check turned into the manager (man) having a restroom break. It’s difficult to explain to a 3 – and 4 year old what is happening, but they are inquisitive and wouldn’t just drop it. You do you. You believe in whatever you feel the need to. If BK stands behind this, then they need to get a coed/family restroom, so this isn’t a thing. We won’t be back. Very off-putting. The food is fast food. The facility was nice. The employees were kind, and as long as you don’t mind you or a family member potentially in an awkward situation, then it’s all good.

They only had two customers in the dining area. Got in my car and went down to Wendys and had a good hamburger and Chili. You can do better Warsaw Burger King.

They always give me the wrong cheese on my sandwiches even when on my receipt it clearly states they knew what it needed. When I tried to call about this I got hung up on twice and the third time I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Its always poor service there even when they aren’t busy. Most likely the last time i visit this burger king , night crew constantly makes food incorrectly, ordered a triple whopper got a single , parked and went inside , this super rude lady who said she is the manager breee or bre , had the nerve to tell me that i removed the meats in my car and they gave me a triple basically saying i am stealing. Then told me to leave the store and told one of the guys there to remove me if i don’t leave.This lady is absolutely nuts.
