Seams like guys in the kitchen were the ones messing it up tonight. The guy at the register was cool. Ordered food, said no pickles, but the guy preparing it in the kitchen ignored the instructions on the receipt. Likely caught him making a mistake before he wrapped up the sandwich. But, in that process he forgot to put other condiments that go in. I guess, he just didn’t care what he was supposed to put in a sandwich. Got the sandwich burned, and SUPER dry. Nasty looking restaurant inside too. Would not come back

We had to wait a while at the drive thru order area and at the window, but I believe this was because there was literally one person working. He took the order and made the food himself and he was really kind. The food was made perfectly and I feel bad that he had to juggle everything. This company needs to address retention issues so that people are not forced to work 3 jobs at the same time alone.

It says on y’all’s website that y’all are open til 1am. Lights and everything are on and it was 11:30 that I came by and no one answered the dt and I see someone walking around upfront and not one person could be bothered to say anything or even say we are closed for the night and this isn’t the first person and there were other people trying to order too. Whoever the manager is on shift should be fired that isn’t professional at all.

Was ignored for a few five minutes maybe by the lady who was working the register. I asked the lady working the drive-through if it would be faster if I use that, but she just stare back at me and ignored me. Don’t go to this restaurant they’re not good they don’t care if they take your order. I think someone needs education and customer service because you don’t ignore customers who have cash in their hand.

I’ve been going to this Burger King since it opened decades ago. But tonight I’m considering never coming back. This was the second visit in a row that I had to wait awhile for somebody to come out of the back and take an order at the counter. I had to remind the worker that I needed a cup for the drink. For the second visit in a row, I had the impression that my presence interrupted something important – like maybe a poker game in the back! There was also a wait for someone to finally put some fries down. A drive-thru order ahead of me had to wait for someone to get around to picking up the sandwiches. I’m going to have to think whether I’m coming back to this Burger King.

Employees saw us come to the counter, walked away to have a conversation. Waited for them to finish and one took our order. Items on the menu but not available. Tables dirty and have not been cleaned in a while since there was only a couple that were still clean out of all the tables.

After waiting at the drive through for 4-5min, someone spoke through the intercom to say they’ll be with me in a minute. Though, I did give up after an additional 20 minutes had passed. There were at least a dozen other drive-offs during this time, too. Thinking back, that’s a pretty typical experience at this location.
