Went thru drive thru, was asked if that was all after every item I ordered. They shoved 2 bags full of food into 1 bag that ripped when I got it in the car. Fried and nuggets were cold and fries had no salt. Ordered a chicken Sammie plain, wasn’t plain. Didn’t even bother to go in to have it fixed. Cause the people at the window seems bother at the fact I even ordered food.

One star is too many. This place is the worst ever. Last two times I tried the drive-thru I just left and went somewhere else. While waiting to be waited on other cars are going through the other lane after I was told to wait. I’m 61 and understand things happen but I’m done with that place. Came in at 11pm on a Sunday night. They close at 1 am according to google. I walk in with a smile and say hello. I get stared at. First red flag As soon as I ordered my “bacon king” the guy manning the grill says “ I just cleaned the grill I’m about to blow up.”. Second red flag. After I order my fries are immediately put in containers and sat on a table (with no hot lamps around). We finally get our food and our fries are cold. My S/Os chicken fries are cold and my $10 “bacon king” doesn’t even have bacon! I could understand the frustration of the workers if it was thirty minutes before closing but they weren’t closing for another 2 hours. $20 spent on cold and unfinished food. Just look at the fries

I went inside only to encounter a very angry, confrontational woman, that made a bigger deal out of it than it was.. I didn’t want shot, just wanted the food I ordered.. Today I go through the drive thru only to finally make it to the speaker only to have them wait on 3 vehicles at the other speaker before waiting on me.. I will NEVER go to this Burger King again

I just now stopped to get an ice cream cone and I went through the drive through. I asked for the ice cream cone. And then I hear Nothing at all. So I went ahead and pulled up and went to the window. And he finally after 5 minutes came to the window and said. Oh, we don’t have any ice cream. I said. Why didn’t you tell me that at the speaker? Why did it just go silent? He said? This burger King is always has something broken and get told at speaker hold on be with you soon as I can. And wait 15 mins and back up and hit sensor again and then get told there boiler is down so they have no sandwiches but chicken and fish. This burger is horrible
