I come there at least twice a month and I use a coupon for the 2 whopper meal. I always ask to substitute 1 with impossible meat. And they always do. And they up charge $1. Today 6/13/2023 I went to get our meal and the lady was very rude and said they could not do this all though I told her they always do. Then she said I’ll do it this one time then yelled what do you want to drink! I kindly said no thank you and left. Ive been going through a lot this year. Chemo and radiation and more. I did not need to be treated so badly today. They need to re-train employees in customer service.

Food was severely cold,crusty and dry . They said they were busy which means the food would be fresh but yet I got the opposite of that. The kid at the drive thru window had a ear bud in and took my order and yet to manage to mess up my drink hmm… I wonder why . The manager didn’t even care and they all seem to have attitudes. Listen I’ve worked fast food for such a long time and never gave an attitude unless I was given first. The lack of management in this facility shows . Im very upset and will be contacting your General Manger and District Manger.
