Love burger king in general, but the speed of service at this location can be hit or miss. Usually have to wait 3 to 5 minutes to recieve food at the third window, sometimes upwards of 10 minutes ! Also have experienced this location being closed when they are supposed to be open in the late hours, more than two or three times.

I said after three visits never again. I went this morning , I was the only car in line, plus maybe one car parked. Ordered bacon/egg/cheese biscuit. Got home i had a sausage/egg/cheese on croissant. I hate croissant and not a fan of sausage. So, don’t go there, people. I should have stuck with my 3 strikes your out, but I thought I’d give them a 4th try.

The last couple of times it’s been pretty good after the first few disappointing visits in this past year. All of my visits were indoor and not drive thru. Last visit seemed like a happy crew. Even addressed me as I left. Food was fast food food, a quick meal that was hot. I prefer breakfast and rarely have any complaints. So personally I enjoy their breakfast items over day menu which means my review is based more on that. Recommend.

My family and I ordered food from the drive thru.After getting the food we pulled to the side.Two of the 4 sandwiches were incorrect which was not an issue.We pulled back thru the drive thru and kindly let the employee know we had received wrong food.The employee was very rude and rushed us thru the next window.Practically threw the food into the car.We checked it as we were sitting in front of the pickup window to discover a cup of pickles instead of fixing the sandwhich and another wrong sandwich.I looked up and let the employee know it was wrong again.The employee then was rude and rolled her eyes.At that point I knew my family was not going to get the correct food or friendly service and we drove away.I can honestly say some of the worst service I’ve ever received.

Paid for a plane burger and the meat was burnt and the patty was very small with little to no condiments on it. I went inside to let them know and everyone was sitting down in a corner on their phones. A manager said they couldn’t do anything about the patty size since that’s how they have been coming in. Fixed the burger but with yet another burnt patty. Needless to say no one can chew a hard piece of meat and feel like they have to see a dentist after. Won’t be giving my business to this place again.

Experience was good. Woman running counter was a sight for sore eyes, her welcoming smile along with her demeanor was spot on. She took all our order without hiccup and fired it on back, Loved it. This young lady is one burger King should keep and maybe pad her pockets alil because she will keep em coming back. Just sayn
