Says dine in open till 10 m-s. Door was locked at 830. Knocked and knocked and was visibly ignored finally let in by random employee who was also locked out. Then when got on to finally just use restroom (had full intention to use drive through just had to use restroom before long drive) They sad it was locked because of Covid??? 2023…

I love burger king, the food is great, always hot and fresh, and they are pretty quick at getting customers served inside or through the drive-through. I will say employee’s aren’t all that great here. It used to be where the staff were rude, pushy, and lazy. It has gotten better. Not to be insensitive or haste about anyone’s skills or anything, it’s just some times they don’t always hire the best of employees..

Justin and the afternoon crew had to close the lobby because enough people wasn’t there working. Being a truck driver I told them of course the semi can’t come through the drive thru! They comped me my meal for the inconvenience!!! GREAT Customer service. Thank you again!!!!

I’d give zero if I could. Alicia was very rude and unprofessional. She was telling me what I “ordered” but it wasn’t right. She rushed me getting my order and wouldn’t listen. Then when handing me my food I told her it wasn’t right and she argued with me. She flipped me off while walking back inside after telling her how unprofessional she was being. This place is literally the worst.

I’ve attempted to stop here to get food 5 times in the last month, I can’t use the drive thru due to the fact that I drive a commercial vehicle, there are multiple cars in the parking lot telling me that there are multiple employees working and the doors are always locked.. it’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t have the doors open for people who can’t use the drive thru. I have also sent a message to corporate. LAZY!!!!!!!!
