They forgot my order. I went up & ask why it was taking so long that others had received their food. They were going to have to fix more French toast sticks. I told her to forget the French toast I would take the wrap. There was French toast in the bag which she had taken out of the trash. I saw the cook put the left over French toast in the trash when I was standing there waiting to ask about my order. Breakfast was over & it was time to serve lunch. No apology was made. Very disappointed and will never eat there again.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered 6 items and waited almost an hour before I got it. Was pulled forward to the front entrance and they forgot 2 of the items. Not a single employee acted like they cared to be there and the service was atrocious. Every time I go to a BK the food quality is horrible. I specifically told the drive thru employee that I had old food last time and asked for fresh food but instead I get old food again. This is a constant problem. I guess there’s a reason BK always has an empty parking lot and empty drive thru.
