Today they literally told customers in the drive-thru that they were out of Whoppers. After they/we were in the lane between curbs and had no way to say no thank-you and drive away. They also said the frozen drink machine was broken for about a month. I guess they have just given up on it.

To begin, there have been big changes at this Burger King. I have not had many good experiences at this restaurant. Until this one! Today’s experience was a very pleasant surprise. It’s easy to see that there is a new management team in place. The people working were very friendly, and it was easy to tell that (now) they liked working there. The meals (mine and my Son’s) were very good; presentation and more importantly the taste. Thank you Katie! She was the person who took my order and gave it to me when it was completed. She made the experience!

I was told I could NOT add tomato or lettuce to my burger because “there wasn’t a button for it” very odd considering I order the same way every time I go to Burger King. They would charge me 35 cents for tomato and 25 cents for lettuce, but I was willing to pay. Besides, adding lettuce and tomato to your burger should be no problem, I mean their name is BURGER king right? I hope this doesn’t continue
