One thing about a fast food chain is that no matter which restaurant you choose to go, you know what you’re going to get. Or, so I thought, until this evening. I went to this Burger King on Sagamore Pkwy west because it’s located in the part of town in which I was shopping. I’m so glad I did! I got my “usual” BK Whopper sans ketchup. I’ve had opportunities to visit many different Burger Kings in the past few weeks. Tonight, I had what I believe is the best whopper I’ve had. It was a perfect whopper. Hot from center to edge. The veggies were fresh. Wonderful! It was, I think, that for which every BK strives, but often fall short. Well done, West Side Burger King!

This Burger King is not very good. I always go in to order my food and always ask for my food to be fresh off the fryer cause if I don’t it is nasty. I ask for my food today to be fresh off the fryer and the manager working today said no cause it was fresh already and my fries were nasty and my sandwiches were nasty like they have been sitting there all day.

I dont know if this location is handicapped in terms of brain power in pushing buttons or what. Ordered a jr whopper meal no onions due to allergies and an extra side of fries. They gave me the right burger but then a side of onion rings. How does that make any sense. Btw this location still doesnt salt fries and the new excuse of “its hectic around here” is bull. I worked at purdue cooking 600-1300lbs of straight fries and 700-1k patties to 2-3k students per meal and it takes a split second to salt fries and season beef.

Logical Anomaly
This location is terrible at getting the order correct. I have been here more than 10 times in the course of a few years and with all management I have experienced they just don’t know what they are doing. I have not once gotten my oder correct from them and today they didn’t even know what was on the bacon king Jr. One of their signature combos. I like burger King but hate this location. The staff is also unprofessional and curse they just don’t care about their job. This includes management. (this is my experience and yours may differ)

Coca Cola Freestyle machine for the perfect soda. Condiment area and restaurant were perfectly clean. I’d go out of my way to go to this Burger King again. Way to go BK!
