This was the most beautiful interior I have ever seen in a Burger King. It must have just been remodeled. The foyer was very welcoming with personal touches and decor. We got our food in a timely manner and it was hot and fresh. I take our son to Indiana Beach quite frequently and I will be making it a point to have my lunch at this restaurant. Parking was good for handicapped and it was easy to get into the store with my walker. My only complaint would be that the handicapped restroom door would not lock. Could be my fault, but I tried and tried and could not get it to lock.

The lady that worked the desk was very disrespectful, I ordered extra sweet and sour and they gave me one so I sent my lil causin to get me another one and she wanted up there for 15 min waiting bc the waitress was talking to her family and had a attitude, when she finally talked to my lil cussin and she said, “there” and through it at her. Very disrespectful.

As I walked in, I visited the restroom, only to see it about as dirty as could be… There was, at least, paper towel & soap in their respective dispensers (There was a full staff, and it wasn’t busy enough to excuse the lack of service to the restroom). I got in line, which wasn’t long at all, and was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I the presented my phone w/ a QR Code. The team member let out an audible *sigh*, and had to call the manager, in order to address the presentation of said code from the BK app… After that, I was given my change & receipt. I moved over to the waiting area. I should note, the rest of the restaurant was very clean, and there was even a surprising amount of holiday decor (which I, personally, appreciate). There wasn’t enough people in front of me, or in the drive thru, to justify the amount of time I waited for a single Whopper, given the amount of staff on hand, but there was a rather large order in front of me, so the want time wasn’t completely unjustified… A couple in front of me was becoming a bit frustrated about their wait time, though. I eventually got my sandwich, and made my way out of the store. All in all, it was an above- average visit to a BK, compared to my more- recent visits to other locations, but, it would be remiss of me, not to again mention the unacceptable condition of their restroom.

Very over priced!!! Sandwiches were 3/4 BUN!!! And it was very dry! That is a double cheeseburger in the photo. HALF THE SIZE THAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!

They don’t get orders right. Once again we wanted all sandwiches plain and we get everything on them! We like to put our own condiments on our sandwiches. Thank God we didn’t pay full price since we had coupons. We usually check before we leave the drive through, we didn’t this time and we paid fir not checking. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!

I drove through on my way to work this morning and was taken back on how rude the lady who took my order was. She acted like a customer was the last thing she wanted to deal with. I placed my order which came with coffee and was never offered anything to put in it. The whole process really put a damper on my good mood. I’ll stick to other places to grab breakfast from now on.
