I am not recommending this location. They lack comprehension skills, and find it acceptable to give clearly sitting food to their customers. I made it very known that I wanted my food fresh. Not one item in my bag was that and the chicken sandwich I received were pieces of chicken put on top of each other. I was already at the window waiting 10 minutes so I assumed it was due to my request.

Don’t waste your time going here. I always hope they make some changes, but they never ever do anything. Last time I went here, the drive-thru was completely shut down. Everyone had to go inside to get their order taken. Two women in particular were being really nasty to the staff at the register. He was asking where certain orders were, and the women screamed at him and said why are you asking me.

Have been here twice. Their drive-thru is so slow, after a while customers leave, even after placing orders! I stuck it out the other day, and they brought me the wrong order, then had to wait a few more minutes (7-10) for the correct order (had I not been a vegetarian, I would have accepted what they had given me, because it was definitely more food)! GOD forbid if the dining room was open!

This morning we ordered one ultimate breakfast platter (which includes one side sausage, one hash brown , pancake & biscuit). However the cashier/server didn’t give us the hash brown. On top of that the pancake was really hard. I asked them to get the fresh pancakes they finally gave us fresh pancakes but there they didn’t have syrup. This was not mentioned by the cashier at the time we placed the order. So we left the pancakes there. This was my worst experience ever with Burger King. My question to you guys is why didn’t you mention us that you don’t have hash browns & syrup. ( the biscuit was too oily) . That’s really unfair. And we work hard for every penny. I will take this matter to the management. ( i paid 11.96 in total for your disgusting food/service)
