Came here today after a long late days of work to get dinner I waited at the drive thru for awhile the cashier I believe Amanda is her name short black hair finally came on the speaker after awhile and said hahahah sorry for the wait I was getting cups thrown at me (mind you there was me and about 2-3 other cars waiting) which for one leads me to question is my cup even clean? Or are you guys throwing them at eachother or wherever then giving them to customers? I nicely asked for my food to be made fresh and said I don’t mind the wait she said sure no problem! Got to the window she handed me the wrong size drink I told her that it was incorrect and she shrugged her shoulders and said well… and cashed it out anyways without correcting it or giving what I asked for. I could care less about the fact that she kept my penny and didn’t give me my receipt. but My fries and chicken fries were old as can be and cold as Ice burger was okay. nothing was made fresh as she said it would.

I don’t know who would think this is acceptable to serve to customers…but apparently the crew at the Burger King on 5/4/22 at 9pm did. Absolutely disgusting. And naturally they won’t refund me and I live a decent drive away. The buns are burnt and falling apart. They’re stale as well. I mean, it looks like someone was ripping it apart before they wrapped it up. Will not be going back and I highly advise everyone else to avoid this establishment as well. This isn’t the first time the quality has been poor.

Looks like a lot of very low reviews lately. Should cause concern for management/owners. Just ordered our family of four meal and we were the only people in the drive through. Everything, chicken sandwich, two different cheeseburgers, fries and chicken nuggets.. they were all OLD! Most definitely were not cooked while we were in line. Get home to have a fast food treat that we rarely get and we’re significantly disappointed. The manager should be reaching out to the team. This meal was probably cooked several hours ago at best. Dried out and cold. We won’t be back.

Great service. The assistant manager Mandy was a sweetheart. Even put a cute note and smiley face on my ladies light ice coke. People are quick to complain. I wanted to share a positive experience. Also the food looked just as good as it does in the commercials

This is the cleanest, nicest burger king I have EVER been too. I was so impressed with the staff they were extremely efficient, the food was excellent and everything was SO clean. They even put flowers in vases on the table it was very thoughtful and a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful experience I can see your hard work!
