Long wait, 3 errors to order (one burger missing cheese, 2 burgers that were supposed to be plain cheese had everything), food was cold, fries tasted what I would image cardboard would taste like. Do not waste your money, time, or your calories here. The only pleasant part of the experience was the man working the drive through, he was very friendly.

The inside was clean so it had that going for it. The staff were atrocious. The lady working the front counter definitely was not paying any kind of attention to our order. I would say we had to repeat our order no less than four times. All in all pathetic. If this was my first time ever eaten at Burger King I would definitely never come back.

The worst service I have experienced in a long time. Drive thru person was not interested in the job at all. I give negative three stars. Food was good but almost $12 for a sandwich and what has to be a small fry but called medium.

Today, 12:10 pm….waited in the drivethru for 10 minutes, got to the order speaker and stated I had two orders. I placed the first order, then was told that their was training going on and that I had to go into the “empty lobby” to place my orders. Parked, went into the lobby, to find 15+ people waiting in line. I left and went elsewhere. I know this BK is notoriously slow, but this is ridiculous. Might be the last time.

Pulled up to the drive thru and it took the drive thru worker 4mins to respond and take our order. When we arrived at the main window, 10minutes later, she was on the phone speaking badly about the customer before us, using profanity, forgot our drink, and the food was as terrible as the service. The entire experience lacked any ounce of professionalism. It seems as if this behavior is acceptable in the establishment if she felt that comfortable to act so rudely and loud.

It was closed. Not officially. There was a piece of paper over the drive thru speaker which said “closed back in 15 minutes” no idea when these “15 minutes” started, but we waited around for 10, them went elsewhere.

I’ve always loved the whopper Jr. Fast service. There was a glitch at the kiosk. Order didn’t show up. Once someone came to the register it was quickly resolved. Fast service. Friendly staff. Will go to here again
