This specific location isn’t good. They have added items to our sandwiches today and in the past that I am allergic to badly. We called corporate. They mess up your orders constantly, disconnect their phone lines/block phone numbers to avoid customer service, rude, their cooks aren’t hygienic, and overall just are not good workers. Not all workers, especially in fast food, are like this, but here, it’s like that. I’d avoid this Burger King if I were you.

The lobby is always closed whenever I visit, and they often have a sign on the drive thru speaker saying that they will be closing sooner. But the staff is great, and my order is always correct!

Very bad service. Ordered online for drive through pickup. Gave them my name at the pickup window, the store person said they don’t see my order on the screen. I provided my order No., they replied “we don’t use order number. Have a nice day” and asked me to leave. I went inside the store. They said the same thing and asked me to cancel my order through the app. Not even trying to help. Will ever go to this store again.

Was staying from out of town and exciting to see a Burger king that I no longer have in my area. Food was great and store was clean. I was happy I got one of the paper crowns, but I was sad when nobody complimented me as I wore it all day. Just bc Im 35 doesnt mean I cant appreciate a nice Burger King Crown.

Did not even make it through the drive thru. Thought the store was closed and said something into the speaker and the guy starts giving me a break down of the stores whole week about staff and customers. I apologized, Then was persisted on telling me I yelled into the speaker and was told that he didn’t need my money and refused service
