June 10 at approximately 10pm we pulled up to the speaker and the male worker was breathing hard and told us one moment. We waited patiently then he came back breathing hard and offered to take our order. Well he took our order and then we we pulled up to the window a heavy set white male was hurrying to zip his pants and button them and his belt. Everything was undone. Including the buttons at the bottom of his shirt. Let me add that his uniform was filthy! He finally got it together to come to the window still breathing hard. I personally was disgusted immediately after ordering a vanilla ice cream cone and fries. My friend asked for the manager and he asked why. She immediately told because we didn’t want you handling our food because you were just all in your pants. His reply was your money is nastier than my hands and slammed the window. We were in shock and just pulled off and went to back to our room! I will never ever go back to this restaurant. Looking at the customers sandwich above I can only imagine what that was on his sandwich! Corporate needs to pull their cameras up so they can see what’s really going on in there establishment! #disgusted

Compared to other fast foods in belleville, this place is one of the best surprisingly. Yeah the food might not always be the greatest but your order is 99% of the time right and hot at the very least. Gwen is outstanding and everytime I see her, she is nothing but friendly and professional. She deserves a raise. This is one of the only places i don’t check my bag before leaving in belleville if that says anything. Customer service around here has been horrendous but they are definitely doing good here or the very best they can and it shows!

The manager with the long hair & glasses with f up teeth is absolutely rude and has no people skills i see why she work for minimum wage the food is 0-10 my F’n fries wasn’t even salted . I asked for a plain sandwich with just cheese and they gave me this slop… picture below

Extremely Extremely disappointed. Website says they’re open until 2am. It’s 830pm and the dining room is closed. What the heck. COVID is over, can we please get some normalcy back. I just got off work and want to sit down and eat dinner… nope can’t do that. Went thru the drive thru and the fries are absolutely disgusting cold and old. I give up.

Service was disgusting disappointing & very disrespectful After paying for my food in the drive thru the employee was preparing the food when I witnessed him taking a several slices of cheese and stuff of them all in his mouth without washing his hand he then went right back to prepping the food with the same nasty gloves on it was bad enough he was sweating tremendously over the food I politely asked for a refund and I won’t be back to service there is always bad
