I just left burger king. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal with a strawberry shake ( the shake machine was down) so I got a coke to drink. Then also 2 whoppers (2 for $5.00). I get to the window and pay on my card since I have no cash. After I pay I forgot to ask for ranch for my fries. I don’t like ketchup which burger king gives for free. So I asked for 1 ranch. She says ” that will be $.25″. Well I already paid $14.30 for the food and so I said ” nevermind”. Then she tried to give it to me saying she would pay for it so I refused it. Now it’s only 7:50pm on a Wednesday night and no shakes and then charge me a quarter for ranch when I didn’t ask for anything extra, no special orders nothing. Crazy. I won’t be going back that was so rude. Here is my receipt for proof of my food. My fries were cold and tasted horrible as soon as I got them handed to me. They have been sitting a long time before they served them to me. I won’t go back to that one and don’t recommend any one go there at night especially

Drove there because they advertise lobby is open and it was open yesterday. Why say your lobby is open when it’s not? People place mobile orders and can’t pick them up because by the time you get through the outrageous drive thru the food is cold. False advertising

I usually boycott this Burger King, however my boyfriend convinced me it woukd be better than the last experience. As you can tell from the picture, i was asked to pull backwards as they made my food. Watever data collected by upper management from the timer is severly off. I absolutely loathe the customer service here. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION. The one on Wayne and Cherryhill will be well worth the drive.
