Employees off the clock in the lobby clearly drunk and loud… had to pull up to wait on my order, rung up and made me the wrong drink and didn’t give me all of my drinks. Drinks was corrected after I said something about it.. as I waited one of guys came out and went back in, left the door open I had to use the bathroom so I walked right in to go.. mind you it’s 10:30 pm.. the two star was for them allowing me to go to the bathroom.. got home my order was wrong, burgers burnt then mf… asked for no onions, still on the burger.. added bacon and I didn’t ask for it nor paid for it… overall I’m not going back

I visited this location twice before submitting a review just to be sure it wasn’t a fluke lol. So, I wanted to try the french toast breakfast sandwich. This location opens at 7 a.m. and I arrived about 7:15a-7:30a. The reason I’m mentioning the time is because it’s been my experience with some fast food restaurants that arriving shortly after opening things aren’t always “together.” To my surprise this location was up and roaring to go! Customer service was top notch the associate was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. And the sandwich was hot, fresh, and very very good!! I was pleasantly surprised . Like I stated earlier I made a second visit (this time at 8:45 a.m.) and I tell you they DID NOT disappoint!! My sandwich was just as hot, fresh, and delicious as before!! If you want great customer service along with good food visit this location … 5⭐

Waited at the drive thru order screen for 5 minutes. I said “Hello?” As soon as I left I saw another car pull up behind me. So I drove around to double check if they were open. I saw someone inside so I pulled around the drive-thru again. This time someone decided to answer. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Terrible!

Very slow service, manager does not “manage” the business. Family and friends are up there chatting away cussing up a storm at nights. Coupons are only limited to one per car but if you go in you can use more than one but the system always shuts down so you end up getting double charged just to get the order wrong. Doors are locked on the main parking lot side at night so even though they’re open half the customers that actually do show up don’t know it and can’t come in because only the doors on the drive thru window side are open. Burger King used to be a great place to go but the people in charge of it are running it to the ground. Very disappointed in this location.

Never able to serve food! Always an excuse, no employee’s, system down, etc. It’s a shame! I like Burger King better than McDonald’s. I know they’re on the verge of closing the chain.

The WORST location EVER. If I’m not waiting 20 mins for an order, I have to wait for them to decide to take an order. It’s 2:30 in the afternoon and they are refusing to take orders?! WHY? Why is this location slow, or don’t take orders? Why are you even open at all? Why do I have to wait 20 mins for a burger ? SHUT IT DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER PULL INTO THIS LOCATION AGAIN FOR WHAT? It’s bn like this for a year now. NO EXCUSES!!!!

The Door States They Open At 10:30. I Walked In At 12:24 And The Boy Tells Me Their Not Open. So I Asked What Time Do You Open? He Said 12:30 So I Walks Back Out To My Car. Walks Back In At 12:35. All 3 Guys Walked Past NOBODY Greets Me Or Anything. FINALLY At 12:42 The Guy Comes And Takes My Order. They Are Slow, They Don’t Have Any Urgency And The Skinny Guy Manager Is Rude. The Lemonade They Tried Giving Me Was Brownish Orange But The Guy Said It Was Lemonade.I Never Seen Lemonade That Color ‍♀️ They Need To Just CLOSE.!!!!!
