Only gave 1 star because I had to! Should be negative 100! Rude, incompetent. They should have remodeled the employees when they remodeled the building! Long wait, wrong food. My husband wasn’t even done ordering and the lady told him his total and to pull up. Then she was rude when he asked if he could finish ordering. Yelled at him to hold on cause she had to figure out how to fix it. Don’t go here! Go to McDonald’s or Taco Bell!!

After waiting in line for over 20 min my mom decided to call into the store to just ask for a refund because she couldn’t wait anymore since my son was in the car sick. Then the “manager” came out yelling at her, saying the food came out raw, so they had to re-cook it blamed my mom for that said sure I’ll give you a refund, but did not bring the money back. Then came out with her food threw it at my mom in the car. Threw the money at her and continue to yell at my mom as if this is all her fault. I decided to call the store. Or this lady was extremely unprofessional, cussing and yelling at me saying she did nothing wrong yet. My mom had a few people in the car that saw this happen. Very unprofessional. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never be back here again!

Everytime I go here it’s a 20 min wait at a minimum. 2 people working is not enough for any shift.
