Horrible! I went for breakfast at 9:00am. Hash browns were cold and very very greasy, I’m assuming they have been sitting all morning. BEC croisswich was cold and was very mushy. We placed an online order and waited in line for 20 minutes for someone to come on the drive thru speaker. Nobody would answer the drive thru speaker. There wasn’t a line inside or in the drive thru. After going inside and seeing how dirty it was, I would never recommend coming here again. Terrible customer service and very unsanitary!

Worst ever. Went through the drive thru, I was the only car. Ordered one thing and the girl said “ok pull forward”…… like hold on… I still want a drink and hashbrowns. It was 7:30 am and they had no coffee either. The girl who took my order was soooo rude, and my French toast sticks were soggy and nasty. If i could give zero stars I would. This is not my first bad experience at this location.

When there yesterday food was nasty the meat was hard on the ends the fries was ok give them a 4 ,person at window was more entrance in taking to her coal workers than to wait on me,and she take so fast over the speaker to understand her ,I go out of my to go here it used to have good service and great food, not no more last time I will go here , this is the 3rd time and the last sorry for the owner but bad all the way around service and food

Did and online order and gave us the wrong one twice. Told us it was our fault and placed the wrong items. Made us pull up and we showed them what we ordered and said that our order just popped up. Then we waited 20 minutes to even get ours

Dave W. is rude and Hates his job. But I can see why because he was running the drive through and front counter by himself. After PATIENTLY waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes, Dave told me that he didn’t have to serve me since I was “hollering” ; after he told me to speak up because he could’ve hear me -_-. I left the drive-thru speaker, and proceeded inside. Just to wait PATIENTLY another 5-10minutes while Dave frantically tried to take drive-thru orders, front counter orders, and bag his own food. Once it was finally time for me to order, I was livid. I told Dave I was going to complain to corporate because of how rude he was on the speaker. He stated he didn’t care because he has “witnesses” that knows he isn’t rude. Whatever, I left. Got home and sent my husband back to the Burger King because I actually wanted the food. My husband came back home with cold/stale fries, no shake because they didn’t have any, and chicken nuggets or my two year old that were hard as a rock. I still have yet to receive a call back from a manager. Thanks Burger King for the horrible service and horrible food. I definitely won’t be back. Good job sending customers across the street to McDonald’s.
