We placed an online order and waited in line for 20 minutes for someone to come on the drive thru speaker. Nobody would answer the drive thru speaker. There wasn’t a line inside or in the drive thru. After going inside and seeing how dirty it was, I would never recommend coming here again. Terrible customer service and very unsanitary!

I left the drive-thru speaker, and proceeded inside. Just to wait PATIENTLY another 5-10minutes while Dave frantically tried to take drive-thru orders, front counter orders, and bag his own food. Once it was finally time for me to order, I was livid. I told Dave I was going to complain to corporate because of how rude he was on the speaker. He stated he didn’t care because he has “witnesses” that knows he isn’t rude. Whatever, I left. Got home and sent my husband back to the Burger King because I actually wanted the food. My husband came back home with cold/stale fries, no shake because they didn’t have any, and chicken nuggets or my two year old that were hard as a rock. I still have yet to receive a call back from a manager. Thanks Burger King for the horrible service and horrible food. I definitely won’t be back. Good job sending customers across the street to McDonald’s.
