Well, I have to say I haven’t been to a Burger King before where I was seen to be standing at the counter by at least one employee AND a manager, left to wait for 3-5 minutes and no one even said hello. (I was the only customer in the restaurant.) I could see the manager packing a drive thru order but didn’t even get a nod of acknowledgement. The food was ok, fries were nice and hot, sandwiches were tasty, it was just the complete lack of interaction that annoyed me. (If it matters it was about a $45 transaction.) NOT the typical Burger King experience I’ve had elsewhere.

The BOY who answered told someone in the background that I wanted to speak with a manager. The female voice in the background told him to handle my call. No accountability taken by the store. Ordered a whopper w/ cheese combo, burger wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. The fries however…..were not only cold but tasted like urine not that I ever drank it but the smell pretty much sums up what it tasted like! I’m completely disgusted my stomach is on knots. Service horrible. Cashier argued with me over the fact that I paid for a drink to get free fries in the app. Apparently, the drink didn’t “show up” on their screen. Offered me a small, instead of the large that was ordered. Whether a problem with the app, the computer readout, or improper training; I will be boycotting this location in the future. More training on customer service should be done for staff, or I’m sure this location will lose more business, in the future. Good luck and good riddance.

Ordered the steakhouse burger meal with ONION Rings. Said it three times. Ordered the 8 pc. Mozzarella sticks. Asked what kind of sauce I wanted. I said marinara was informed ranch was my only option so why even ask? Didn’t get onion rings got French fries that were cold and greasy.
