Used the app to order food, got to the counter they would not accept my order because I used the app. The cashier was rude and snotty. Said they don’t participate using the app. Why have the business listed on the app if you order food only to get there and they won’t make your food. Then I have to re-order again at the counter? Came on a Sunday and ordered a double Whopper. With no cheese got to my table and found that it had cheese. So went back up and told the cashier that the order was wrong. He took the sandwich and told the cooks then proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes and still didn’t get my food. Had to get back in line and explain that still didn’t get my food and again had to wait again.then when I got my remade sandwich it was only a whopper when I ordered a double Whopper. They even looked at my receipt for it. Worst burger king I have ever been to.

Wish I could rate this zero stars. This is more of a public service announcement. The service here is okay at best, but while the employees were making my food I watched them cross contaminate raw beef with cooked beef without any tongs or any sense of food safety. As a warning to everyone that eats here, make sure you are getting ServSafe certified food as this place most certainly would not be passing any form of food audit. Suffice to say, I would not recommend anyone coming to this Burger King location until they retrain their staff.

Was just there and the guy making the food was throwing the buns around making my burgers also was touching his face and his glasses then touching my food with the same gloves on. When asking for my money back the manager had a major attitude. Snatched my daughters receipt out of her hand when she also asked for a refund. Piss pore management. Definitely needs a new management and employees. Very extremely unprofessional. Don’t eat here. I know I never will.
