I ordered food for my family around 7:30 and told the lady who was taking my order that I want my food fresh. I get home and everything we ordered is old. The chicken fries are hard and cold, the medium fries were made into a small fry and we’re old and hard, onion rings we’re old and hard and I didn’t even receive a full medium it was half the container. I’m very unhappy with the service that was provided so I will be going back tonight or tomorrow for fresh food. I don’t know if my mom already threw the receipt away but I called the restaurant and told them how unsatisfied I am smh.

Literally just walked out of this burger king because the manager who “took over this store” likes to give you one sauce for a 9 peice chicken fry. And charge u 50 cents Xtra sauce. Large onion ring. U get one zesty sauce. I think that they shouldn’t charge for sauce. Your a restaurant. They already jacked all the food prices up and your going to rob my pockets for a sauce. I come to BK because I’m broke. U think I’m using my BK app to get a deal only for u rack up my bill 3 bucks for a cpl sauces. Today the app had a snack pack deal which was 8 peice nuggets 8 peice spicy nuggets 9 piece chicken fries a large fry and a large onion ring and I’m splitting it with my husband. So for all that we get literally 4 sauces for chicken n onion rings. We both like different sauces. So to actually enjoy our meal we have to be charged 3 bucks extra for us to be happy. Ridiculous. She then tells me she just took the store over n when she got it there were 400 missing sauces. Smh. . Shes the only ONLY one who does this. Nobody else there is this petty. I will no longer be going here if she is there. The rest the staff have been amazing. I drove accoss town to another BK. Let’s hope the 50 cents packs are only 25 cents. At least.

I Came In Saturday An A Older Employee I Forget His Name Was At The Register Took Our Order We Had A Issue With The Bk App-& Google Pay Because It Was My 1st time Using It Walked Me Through It With Patience Made Us Laugh Food Was Hot & Fresh I Think Everyone In There Saturday Afternoon Had A Pleasant Experience The Store Was CLEAN No It Wasn’t My 1st Time Dining Here I Am A Regular An I Get Great Service EVERYTIME Thank You So Much For The Awesome Work Your Crew Is Doing An Shout Out To The Younger Manager He Is Doin His Thing ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just got someone else’s order. Ordered an Impossible Whopper with Cheese meal Large with a Coke no ice and a big fish. Got an small Impossible Whopper meal without cheese, lettuce, or tomato and a double cheeseburger. I should’ve known to check when the guy kept trying to give me a large diet coke with ice ‍♀️

Just found out that this place has not been UPSIZING neither the fries, nor drink, as it states it does when you use a code provided by them. I believe I was there March 31, 2022, but definitely for sure I was there April 3rd, 2022. Both times I ordered a medium Impossible Whopper meal w/ Orange Hi-C. I asked for the fries to be upsized to a Large (brown line at the bottom). Both times they left it as a MEDIUM (Orange line at bottom). When promise your patron something, KEEP YOUR WORD!!! I’m sitting in the parking lot of this place after ordering the Large fries, as I suspected they weren’t UPSIZING!
