Ordered on the app. But mind u they get ya food ready when u get there not beforehand. Usually I have no concerns with them. But this day ordered food got pulled ahead and all the food was cold. Fries burgers and chicken sandwiches. Why pull us ahead to give cold food? Tried calling 5 times no answer. Rung so much the phone is now off the hook. Won’t answer the phone. I added cheese to both of my sandwiches which was missed on both of them. My whopper was ice cold. Which is odd. We microwaved the bottom of the sandwich when I worked there after it was pulled from the steam table. The fries were pretty good though. 1/3 on the items that I ordered came out right.
