I’m not one to leave bad reviews. And I have not been to BK in a while because the food is not great. But I went here Aug 24 2023 to give it another shot. And I was thoroughly disappointed and reminded why I don’t go to BK ANYMORE. New chicken wrap are a 3rd of a normal chicken wrap. I got it with a meal. What is a 3 dollar item turned into 9 dollars. This location gave me a small order (which I did not ask for) and no bq sauce ( which I did ask for) .

I was in Saginaw and very hungry so I stopped in with my coupon for a Whopper meal. Well sitting there enjoying my burger other customers came in. You would really be surprised at how many of the employees know these folks. They knew them by name. Asking how their days going. The employees were also all in a good mood. Joking and teasing with each. You do have a really good staff. I’m not even one that they know I came from the Flint area dropping off a track team at Heritage High. Let them know they are doing a great job.

This just happened. Horrible service. There wasn’t anyone there, but they made me pull up from the drive-thru window to wait. Finally came out with my order, and shockingly the entire order was not there! So I called them to tell them I was still outside and wanted the rest of my order, the girl said “just a minute”, then hung up on me. Someone else came to give me the rest of my order, and didn’t say one word. Not one apology from anyone.

I usually do not do stuff like this, but this is why I eat at home. This is the second time I’ve had a problem during my visit at this burger king, on state street in Saginaw, and they just don’t seem to care, neither does corporate obviously because when I reported an incident last month the operator sounded like she was falling asleep during the call. I haven’t eaten red meat in over 10 years and I was under the assumption that I was purchasing an impossible whopper. I called to report the issue and the supervisor said “when can you bring it back?” no I apologize, nor I am sorry for your inconvenience.

BK was my go to place at home and when i’m on the road. Food was always hot but something changed . If your going to serve cold food you should have a microwave in the dining area. It’s the same with McD. And Wendys. Prices are up Quality is down and the workers want more money.
