For $7.20 could the sandwich be hot or at least a little bit warm.? I gave up on ever having hot crispy fries so I never order them after many times being served cold cardboard fries. Come on Burger King, you can do better than this.

I don’t ever give a bad rating to any place but the food here was horrible. I felt like my burger had been steamed in the microwave it didn’t taste grilled at all. There were kids and ketchup flying all over the place and it’s just what’s a nightmare. The cheese sticks were wrapped in some funky batter and tasted more baked than they did fried.

This Store Struggles to compete with the Mcdonalds next to it. The food can be generally good and if you catch the right people there it’s actually a really good experience. That is why it’s so unfortunate when an experience takes away from that. They changed the Meal Numbers recently and when I ordered the same thing that I’ve always ordered by Meal Number, I got a different sandwich. Simple mistake, but when I called back in to see if I could fix the situation the nice employee realized my mistake and spoke to a manager. She was super friendly however, the manager told her that they could not exchange it because it was “My Fault” even after I ordered Light Mayonnaise on a sandwich that does not have mayonnaise. Little things like that make other food offerings here in town much more appealing.
