It’s 86 degrees I went drive thru an the wanted to charge $2.54 for a large ice water only, I was expecting to be charged something but let’s get real. Then the person at the window got an attitude when I had an issue with the amount she said we’re not McDonald’s, very hateful individual.

Never again. When I get food, I remember every food service job I’ve ever had (lots), so I’m polite, patient, and follow directions. I say please, I say thank you, I say have a good day. That’s ALL I *can* do to hopefully convince the people working that I’m worthy of decent service and half-decent food. I got neither, yesterday. Pulled up to the drive-thru with no line — nobody else was there at dinner-time (warning). I order, I say please, I say thank you, I pull around, I pay, and when asked if I can pull forward to the garbage can, I pull forward knowing fully-well it’s so their point-of-sale will stop the customer service clock, giving their system the FALSE impression I was helped and sent in under two minutes. I do it anyway. And I wait. And wait. I watch two cars pull in, order, get their food, and drive away. And I wait. Almost 15 minutes. Until eventually, someone brings me my food, barely taking the time to make a half-hearted excuse about the broiler. There was nothing wrong with the broiler — they forgot I was there. It happens. Not my worst experience.

Was given our order which was missing a nugget. I get it, it’s just one nugget but we were splitting all the nuggets evenly between 5 kids and went back up to get the last nugget so it was even and since we paid for it. The woman working rolled her eyes and said nothing and walked away. She came back with one in a bag and said it’s just one nugget with an attitude and shut the window as we said yeah no problem thanks. She made it clear we were inconveniencing her by asking for what we ordered. Unfortunately the fries were half empty as well and apparently they’re charging for water now which was a surprise.

Every time we have tried here, we deal with appallingly rude service, incorrect orders, and evidence the employees just don’t care. I am sure corporate has utterly failed to give them a reason to care, but even so, their willingness to take their contempt out on the customers speaks poorly to their character and to Burger King’s as a franchise. Today they demanded we pull around for 3 minute wait. Ridiculous!

Friendly staff. But poor service on a consistent basis, I’m talking more than 10 or 12 times over the course of a few months. I’ve had to wait 25 minutes or longer after paying for my food in the Drive-Thru, and even though asking for a plain sandwich is probably the easiest request you can make for an adjustment on a meal, almost every single time it is done incorrectly. It’s unfortunate because this location is pretty close to where I live, but I will not be coming to this Burger King anymore.

This place is getting bed … breakfast crew is good . But lunch and dinner ?? there are normally only 2-3 cars in the drive thru and takes over 20-30 minutes for the order. They even having you pull forward with no one else in line

This is super disappointing. I only asked for extra sauce cause sometimes there really isn’t enough on the sandwich, but this is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. I can’t eat this, such a waist of my money and time. Not only hella sauce, the chicken patty was super small and the bread was really dried out. Disappointing and discussing

Fast service and friendly cashier. He was very pleasant and nice. Love to see that still exists in this city. Prices are high though so I recommend you keep the coupons they send in the mail and use them for your visits.

Waited behind a truck for 15 minutes in the drive-thru. I don’t think anyone even greated him. Went the to McDonald’s across the street, and was in and out despite them having triple the business in under 5 min. Avoid this BK like the plague. Horrific service.
